Werner Co. Has Purchased Certain Assets of Green Bull Inc.

GREENVILLE, Pa., May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Werner Co. announced today that it has purchased certain assets of Green Bull Inc. from Green Bull Loan Acquisition, LLC. The assets purchased include the Green Bull brand and certain intellectual property, manufacturing operations and equipment located in Louisville, Ky., finished goods inventory, and certain warehouse and facility leases. Werner will be operating the Louisville, KY manufacturing plant and producing products to support both the Werner and Green Bull brands and customer base.

This increased capacity and flexibility gives Werner the opportunity to better serve the overall market while also adding another strong brand name to support continued growth.
